Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing's Baltimore-based client is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support for donor services. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM databases in a professional office environment.

This is a temporary role with the potential to transition to permanent employment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox
  • Coordinate visitor access with staff and building security
  • Prepare donor gift acknowledgments, including letters and mail merges
  • Enter and update donor records in the CRM system
  • Accurately process donor gifts
  • Support the administration of the tribute gift card program

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of CRM database experience
  • Experience working with multiple databases preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Personable, patient, compassionate, and professional
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Fully on-site
